Who We Are ?

Aadi Global Solutions was established in 2017, with the aim of providing customized industry services & solutions to customer needs that will help in producing higher profits, reduced costs, greater customer satisfaction, and lasting client relationships. The name AADI is of Sanskrit origin & it means “BEGINNING”, which was perfect for this venture.

AADI Global Solutions has outsourcing facilities in Manila, Philippines, and currently, caters to Inbound and outbound campaigns in Customer Service for local & international customers. All of the locations are managed by highly educated and experienced personnel.

In 2020, AADI Global Solutions entered into a joint venture with Dynaxon IT Services Private Limited which was founded in the early 2011 in India with a humble back ground and has rapidly grown into a diversified company with a staff strength of over 150 employees spread across multiple locations with 2 delivery centers in India. Dynaxon is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company for Quality Management System and ISO 27001 for Information Security Management duly certified and accredited by United Ackreditering Services Ltd., (UASL).

The name AADI is of Sanskrit origin - it means "BEGINNING" which was perfect for this new venture. We maintain a position of leadership among outsourcing companies in our segment, thus creating a niche where we conduct business through dynamic actions and ideas.

DYNAXON HISTORY

Dynaxon was founded in the early 2011 with a humble background, and has rapidly grown into a diversified company with a staff strength of over 150 employees spread across multiple locations, with 2 delivery centers in India, 1 delivery center in Philippines through our sister entity AADI Global Solutions Inc. and a satellite office in United Kingdom.

As our brand name suggests literally Dynaxon -Dynamic Action, we are a well recognized brand in the call center industry, carved and attained through ethical business practices and customer service orientation.
