• About the Role:
• We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative for a Blended International Retail Account. Although blended, role will mainly revolve around inbound calls with email from time to time.
Skills
- • Respond to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and effective solutions.
- • Assist customers with product details and order-taking.
- • Manage customer concerns with professionalism and patience, ensuring a positive experience.
- • Retention and winning back of dissatisfied customers.
- • Updating all CRM systems and internal trackers
- • Research required information using available resources: Client Product Websites and Knowledge Based- Books including speakers/magazines, etc.
Education
• High School Graduate or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience (experience with voice international accounts would be preferred)
• Must possess excellent English communication skills and ability for free flow speech
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer issues efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work in varying shifts (including nights and weekends) based on business needs.
• Can start ASAP and amenable to on-site setup
