• AADI Global Solutions Inc is recruiting on behalf of the client, an active private limited company incorporated on September 11, 2023, specializing in the collection, treatment, and disposal of non-hazardous waste. As part of their growth strategy in the paper and pulp supply chain industry, we are seeking motivated sales agents to expand their presence in the US and UK markets. We are looking for experienced and results-driven B2B Sales Agents to join the team. The successful candidates will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting expansion in the US and UK markets.

- • Key Responsibilities:
- • 1. Cold Calling, Lead Generation & B2B Sales:
- • - Conduct extensive cold calling campaigns to potential clients in the US and UK paper and pulp industries
- • - Identify and qualify new sales leads and opportunities
- • - Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- • - Present the client disposal solutions on waste materials like paper, pulp, plastic to potential clients
- • - Understand clients' needs and tailor offerings to meet their specific requirements
- • - Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients
- • 2. Account Management:
- • - Manage and grow relationships with existing client’s post-sales conversion
- • - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- • - Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client base
- • 3. CRM Management:
- • - Proficiently use and maintain customer data in CRM systems such as Salesforce, UDesk, or HubSpot
- • - Update and track all client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in the CRM
- • - Generate reports and analyze data to improve sales strategies
- • 4. Market Research and Reporting:
- • - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
- • - Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights
- • - Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics
Education
• Qualifications and Requirements:
• - Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the waste management, paper, or pulp industries
• - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• - Strong cold calling and lead generation skills
• - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• - Proficiency in using CRM systems, specifically Salesforce, UDesk, or HubSpot
• - Experience in BPO calling US clients for a minimum of 1-2 years
• - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• - Knowledge of the US and UK paper and pulp industries is a plus
