Aadi Global Solutions was established in 2017, with the aim of providing customized industry services & solutions to customer needs that will help in producing higher profits, reduced costs, greater customer satisfaction, and lasting client relationships. The name AADI is of Sanskrit origin & it means “BEGINNING”, which was perfect for this venture.
AADI Global Solutions has outsourcing facilities in Manila, Philippines, and currently, caters to Inbound and outbound campaigns in Customer Service for local & international customers. All of the locations are managed by highly educated and experienced personnel.
In 2020, AADI Global Solutions entered into a joint venture with Dynaxon IT Services Private Limited which was founded in the early 2011 in India with a humble back ground and has rapidly grown into a diversified company with a staff strength of over 150 employees spread across multiple locations with 2 delivery centers in India. Dynaxon is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company for Quality Management System and ISO 27001 for Information Security Management duly certified and accredited by United Ackreditering Services Ltd., (UASL).
